AIM offers a variety of faculty and staff positions across our 15 campuses nationwide. Instructor requirements vary by program (check the job description of the role you’re most interested in). Generally, aviation maintenance instructors must hold an FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification and have industry experience. For other technical programs, hands-on expertise and relevant certifications may be required. Strong communication skills and a passion for mentorship are key.
