A Few Highlights

  • Hands-On Learning: Our space spans 70,000 square feet across 11 acres. Inside our engine room, airframe shop, and powerplant lab, you鈥檒l learn how to repair and maintain turbine and reciprocating engines, aircraft components, electrical systems, and more. We also have two expansive hangars, where you can work on real airplanes, helicopters, and multi-engine aircraft.
  • Skilled Teachers: Many of our instructors are AIM alumni, and about half are military veterans. They bring years of real-world experience into the classroom, and they鈥檙e eager to share everything they know with the next generation of aviation professionals.
  • Community Engagement: Not only do we regularly host civic league and city meetings, but we frequently partner with local organizations that support underserved communities. This community outreach benefits our students as well, giving them the leadership and collaboration skills employers value most.

And thanks to our strong industry network, we鈥檙e able to connect you with some of the most diverse aviation opportunities in the country, from historic aircraft maintenance and commercial travel to military aeronautics and defense contracting.聽
