Military Resources
To apply for Federal Financial Aid, complete and submit your FAFSA form along with the required documents. The award year runs from July 1 to June 30; to receive federal aid for that year, be sure to apply before June 30. While there鈥檚 no institutional deadline for Federal Title IV Financial Aid, you must complete all requirements before the end of your first semester to receive funding.聽

Our schools participate in active duty tuition assistance (TA) programs for the armed forces. To receive Tuition Assistance, you first need to apply through your Education Services Officer (ESO). Each branch of the military has different timing requirements, but generally, approval is needed before your program or term begins. Without prior approval, your Tuition Assistance will be denied, and you鈥檒l need to find other funding sources. You鈥檒l also need to maintain passing grades and stay in good standing with your branch. Our schools participate in the Veteran鈥檚 Education Benefits programs. To access your benefits, you鈥檒l need to apply through the . Make sure to submit transcripts from any previous training early on to avoid processing delays. Once your application is approved, you can manage your benefits directly through the VA website. All AIM campuses are approved for Veteran Educational Benefits for eligible veterans, but please note our avocational programs aren鈥檛 covered. We also accept the GI Bill庐 and Military Tuition Assistance at most of our schools, except for the Chicago and Phoenix campuses.
